Cannot recommend working for Cultivate enough!! I‘ve had my fair share of jobs in NZ but Kiwi Picking & Winter Pruning for Cultivate is what I will look back on and happily reminisce about. Duncan and Sanjay were great supervisors, who were always eager to help.

Even though I went away for two weeks after 1 month of work, upon asking, they re-employed me quickly, which I am still grateful for.

Stayed at the paid campsite that is very lovely and had the best time ever with all fellow backpackers.

Wishing everyone at Cultivate the best

My friend and I had a great time at Cultivate! We felt really welcome right from the start. The campsite is beautiful and comfortable and it was so nice to be able to come home for a hot shower after a hard day's work and cook dinner in the spacious, well equipped kitchen, or relax in the lounges.

We were particularly grateful for how respectful and friendly the supervisors were. Thanks Duncan, Sanjay, Bippin and Peter for all the encouragement, valuable advice and the concern you have for others! Adam and the supervisors' commitment to helping the staff do the best work they can, including finding other work to do when kiwis can't be picked, is largely what makes the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable.

We didn't expect to stay too long but ended up working here for 2,5 months, which I think speaks for itself. Will miss all our lovely colleagues, but we'll for sure meet again on our travels! Wish everyone at Cultivate the best

I really enjoyed and appreciated the time in Cultivate, the supervisors are kind and explicative, they help you to improve and they are there to answer the doubts you could have, the company cares about you always have job, as pruning, picking or whathever related with kiwis and avocados, so you will always have hours of work to make money and don't get bored with the same task. I have meet also wonderful people who worked with me, all of them very friendy and I have enjoyed all the time I spent whit them, so If you have got the chance to work in Cultivate, don't doubt and take it.
